Community Rules
Last updated 5 October 2026
KIXDAY is about one thing: whose pair owns the day. Keep it about the shoes and keep it fair. These rules sit alongside the Terms of Service, which govern in case of conflict.
Who can play
You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, where higher) to create or answer a battle or use ON FEET. Anyone with a battle link can vote, and voters follow these rules too.
Shoes only
- Post sneakers. Photograph the shoe, not people.
- No faces, no bodies, no minors, no nudity. If a person ends up in the frame, retake the shot.
- No personal data in the picture: no addresses, documents, payment cards, receipts with personal details or anything that identifies someone.
Your photo, your rights
- Use your own photo, or one you have the rights to use.
- No product shots lifted from brands, shops or other people’s posts.
- You name your pair yourself. Keep the name honest and descriptive. A brand name tells people what the shoe is; it does not mean the brand is involved with KIXDAY.
Keep it clean
- No hate, harassment, threats or slurs, including in your handle and your pair names.
- No impersonating another person, a brand or KIXDAY.
- No violence, illegal content or anything meant to shock.
Fair votes only
- One vote per person per battle.
- No fake votes, vote farming, vote trading for rewards, bots, scripts or switching browsers and devices to vote again.
- No trying to get around rate limits or other safeguards.
We may remove votes, reverse results or close a battle when we believe the voting was manipulated.
No counterfeits
- Do not claim a fake pair is real, and do not use KIXDAY to sell or advertise counterfeit goods.
- KIXDAY is a battle app, not a marketplace. Wins and heat scores are for fun; they do not prove a pair is authentic or worth anything.
See something? Report it
Every battle has a Report button. Use it for anything that breaks these rules. You can also email info@shoetracker.ai with the battle link. For copyright and trademark complaints, see Copyright & Takedown.
What happens if you break the rules
Automated screening may be applied, and we review reports. Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, close the battle, reset or remove results, disable a handle or Locker page, or block further creation from a browser, device or network. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to a permanent block. If you think we got it wrong, email info@shoetracker.ai and tell us why.
