KIXDAY is not an open social-media hosting platform and has no public feed.

Users upload a still sneaker image to create a battle, a Card, a Locker page or an ON FEET check-in. Content available through KIXDAY includes battle links and voting pages, Cards, Locker pages, cut-out images and link-preview images.

We respect the intellectual-property and privacy rights of others. Users must only upload images, names and other content that they own or are authorized to use and share.

If you believe that content available through KIXDAY infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights, please contact us so we can review the report.

Reporting content

You can use the Report button on any battle. For rights complaints, email info@shoetracker.ai with the subject line: “Content Rights Report”.

Please include:

• A link to the relevant KIXDAY battle, Card, Locker page, image or share link.
• A clear description of the content you are reporting.
• A description of the right you believe has been infringed or violated.
• Your full name and email address.
• Any information that helps us verify your claim, including proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder where relevant.
• A statement confirming that the information you provided is accurate and that you are acting in good faith.

What we may do

After receiving a report, we may review the relevant content and take action where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• remove or disable access to content available through KIXDAY;
• disable a battle link or share link;
• remove a battle, Card, Locker page, vote result or other public-facing feature;
• restrict the ability to share or create further content from a browser, device or network; or
• contact the user who uploaded or created the content, where we have a way to do so.

We cannot remove content that a user has independently posted on third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or other external platforms, or link previews those services have cached. Requests regarding content hosted by a third party must be directed to that platform.

Brands and trademarks

KIXDAY is an independent product of ADS Delivery OOD. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any footwear, apparel or media brand. All product names, brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Users name their own pairs. KIXDAY does not algorithmically identify, authenticate or label footwear from photos. Brand and model names are user-provided and used for descriptive purposes only; they do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, authenticity verification or proof of ownership. Wins, losses and heat scores are community results, not product authentication, appraisals or valuations.

Users may not submit counterfeit marks, misleading brand references or content that falsely suggests official affiliation. If you are a rights holder with a concern about how a brand or trademark appears in KIXDAY, contact info@shoetracker.ai.

User response and review

If we remove, restrict or disable content or access following a report, we may notify the affected user where appropriate and where we have a way to do so.

If you believe that an action was taken in error, you may contact us at info@shoetracker.ai and explain why you believe the content should be reviewed again. Please include the battle link and any relevant supporting information.

Repeated violations

We may block further creation from browsers, devices or networks that repeatedly upload, share or make available content that violates the rights of others or breaches our Terms of Service or Community Rules.

US copyright notices (DMCA)

ADS Delivery OOD, which operates KIXDAY, has designated an agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)). The agent is registered with the US Copyright Office under number DMCA-1081856:

A notice must include your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the material and where it is on KIXDAY; your address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. A user whose content was removed may send a counter-notice containing the elements of 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) to the same agent.
